✓ 5 years (certification on the fixed internal system)
✓ 1 year external fittings (switches & sockets)
* These guarantees are subject to a yearly inspection by us. The yearly inspection is chargeable and includes checking the exterior cladding: checking and cleaning the gutters; checking the door and window hardware and lubricating seals; and the area around the base of your garden room. But, once you stop having these yearly inspections done by us or if you do not have any yearly inspections done by us, then these guarantees are no longer valid one year after the completed installation of one of our garden rooms by us or your last yearly inspection done by us, whichever is the later.
Also, these guarantees are for the materials and do not cover wear & tear. So if, after our initial snagging visit, for instance, at a later date, a door starts not shutting or opening easily (after repeated use or even mis-use), then this will be due to wear & tear. And this needs to be remedied by you or a local professional.
