Firstly, you work our the cost of the roof, the external front, side & back walls and the guttering, by choosing the desired width of your garden storage room and then adding this to the overall width of your garden room + storage room, by using the pricing matrix on our Heroic and Happy style garden room product pages. (e.g. If you want a garden storage room that's 1.5m wide and a main, connected, garden room that's 4.0m wide, then you add these together, meaning the overall width is 5.5m. Then check the width price of either our Heroic or Happy style garden rooms to work out the width cost, as part of our Standard Specification, that includes the roofing, the external front, side & back walls and the guttering).

Secondly, add the cost of an internal wall that's the same depth as the depth of your chosen garden room size. So, you multiply the cost of a completed internal wall by the number of metres that make up the depth of your garden room using the Internal Wall price on this page. (e.g. if your chosen style of Groovy Garden Room is, for instance, 4.0m deep, then you need an internal wall that's 4.0m deep. In this scenario, simply multiply by 4 the Internal Wall price).

And, thirdly, add the cost of an external door (either with double glazed glass or filled in) and also, if you want it, an internal (connecting) door. Then you know your cost for your garden storage room!
