The 3-Stage Payment Process
Stage 1: You pay 50% of the total project price as soon as you (and we) have signed your Customer Order Confirmation form (containing ALL the specific project details)…so we can then order the necessary materials and start manufacturing your Elgar Garden Room off site at our factory in West Yorkshire (you're updated by email every week throughout the process)
Stage 2: You then pay 40% of the remaining amount owing (of the total project price) before we start the final phase of the on site works for your garden room (i.e. before we start works on site which leaves you with a gleaming, fully turnkey Elgar Garden Room).
Stage 3: You pay the final and remaining 10% of the amount owing (of the total project price) to us upon completion.
