When you pay this (non-refundable) deposit you lock in your SPECIAL OFFER Price(s) for 12 months from the date you paid this deposit. We will confirm this by email as soon as you have paid it.

And, as long as you have initiated the production process and paid your first downpayment within this time frame, then your £500 deposit is taken off your invoice amount when you invest in a Groovy Garden Room.
