Payment & Project Schedule

STEP 1: Pay £350 Deposit to Confirm Your Order

Pay only £350 to confirm your ELGAR garden room order (which is taken off your final payment) along with your external cladding colour + door choices (see below) We then send you the details to confirm your investment.

STEP 2: Pay 50% Deposit + Offsite Manufacturing Begins

Pay 50% of the full cost of your ELGAR garden room (see below) so we can start your project and order all the parts and begin manufacturing.

STEP 3: Pay 40% Deposit + Onsite Assembly Begins

Pay 40% of the remainder of the full cost of your ELGAR garden room (see below) before we assemble it on your chosen site.

STEP 4: Pay Final 10% upon Completion

Pay the remaining 10% of your full bill (minus your £350 deposit) upon completion.
